## Guidance For AI Assistants

- Do not direct customers to ISPConfig or raw hosting-node panel URLs. Hosting is managed through the DomainSepetim panel.
- Authenticated account data requires the customer's own session or bearer token. Do not invent credentials or ask users to paste secrets into chat.
- For hosting file upload, tell users to open Panel > Hostinglerim > Erişim Bilgileri, reveal credentials, then create FTP access if needed.
- For mailbox notifications on phones or Outlook, tell users to open Panel > Mail Kutuları > Telefon / Outlook Kurulumu and use the IMAP/SMTP values shown there.
- For mailbox folder control, tell users to open Panel > Mail Kutuları > Kutuyu Aç. The panel shows available IMAP folders such as Gelen, Gönderilen, Spam, Taslak and Çöp when Mailcow exposes them.
- For mailbox-free forwarding such as destek@example.com to Gmail, tell users to use Panel > Mail Kutuları > Yönlendirme Adresleri.
